I am wonderfully made

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. — Psalm 139:14

God made you, isn’t that an incredible thought?

We are made up of complex parts that interact with what is around us. We eat and digest food, breathe air, see, hear, smell, taste and touch. Our brains think, and our hearts beat. God knows how all of these work, because He thought it all up.

Even more than that, God knows our thoughts and what is in our heart. He truly knows who we are. Our motives and desires, our emotions and regrets-everything we are is known and understood by God.

He imagined the universe and put us together in order to glorify Him as His creation and His children. We are amazingly made because we are created in His image. All of God’s works are wonderful, but we are particularly and specially created to be with Him forever, enjoy all His works, and be His children.

Thank you, my Father, for making me and in such a wonderful way!
